• Mail-in customers: Select Shipping at checkout. The shipping charge covers the return postage of your repaired controller. Simply package your controller securely and send it to us after placing your order.

This service is intended to repair stick drift caused by worn joystick modules. If your controller has additional faults such as trigger issues, damaged buttons, charging problems, liquid damage, or motherboard faults, we'll contact you before carrying out any additional work. No extra repairs will ever be completed without your approval.
